TEACHING STYLE:

Liz encourages students to grow in their practice physically as well as spiritually and offers themed classes that emphasize proper alignment as well as modifications for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Whether it’s a fundamentals class, a power class or a restorative class, Liz will provide an informative, fun experience in a safe, non-competitive space all the while including meditation and mindfulness.
