A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MANDY

I am a special education teacher. I love my job – but I also love vacationing during my summers off! Besides exercise, I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my husband and two children. Group fitness is my favorite way to spend time at the gym. I love working out with a group of people who are pushing me to my limit!

LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

30, 45 or 55 MINUTES

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

WHITE MARSH SCHEDULE

LES MILLS BODYSTEP ATHLETIC™

30, 45 OR 55 MINUTES

BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone
your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely. Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.

  • Improves heart & lung fitness, agility & coordination
  • Increases strength & endurance
