TEACHING STYLE:

I aim to facilitate a challenging, but not impossible, ride. We vibe to good music while individually challenging ourselves to grow, in strength and endurance. During class, we listen to our bodies and are always kind to our bodies. Believe me, I want the most “studly” body possible; but I am not willing to injure my body in pursuit of such. LET’S GET IT FAMILY!

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OMARI

In my real life, I am a professor…and I am pretty quintessential as a professor. I am motivated by my wife’s shopping habits and my son’s private school tuition. If those do not motivate one, what will? In my personal time, that I do not give to anyone else, I am passionate about fitness. It gives me mental clarity…and helps me reach my summer body goals–shirtless summers and dope legs! I also really love seltzer water. I also really really enjoy watching trash TV, once I put my son to bed…Housewives, Breaking Bad, Love After Lock Up, You, and whatever else folks recommend.
