TEACHING STYLE:

I love pop music from the 90’s, 2000’s and today and like to incorporate that with my class making it a mixture of hills, flats, attacks and racing for every fitness level. I love to motivate my classes and getting to know everyone that takes my classes.

FAVORITE SONG:

I can’t say I have a favorite song but have favorite artists like Ellie Goulding, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.

Outside of Merritt I am a Real Estate Agent and mother of two that keep me busy! I love taking classes at Merritt and working out with my friends.
