From beginners to seasoned athletes, Merritt fitness classes provide a variety of activities and intensity levels. Our expert instructors are attentive to every member’s individual needs, making even our most popular classes feel personal and friendly.
In this vigorous vinyasa flow class, the studio is heated to 85-90 degrees, softening the tendons, ligaments, and muscles which allows for a deeper stretch.

Motivation Week is a monthly tool offered to members who are interested in seeking out fun new ways to stay motivated and healthy. Each day we offer a different small group class to help educate, motivate and build long lasting momentum. Please join us for: Movement Monday (Speed and Agility), TRX Tuesday, Wack ‘Em Wednesday (Boxing), Thursday Ab Attack (Core) and Fit Friday (High Intensity Interval Training). No charge for members.
