Motivation Week

November 28 to December 2nd at 7:00am
Motivation Week is a monthly tool offered for members who are interested in seeking out new fun ways to stay motivated and healthy. Each day we offer different small group classes to help educate, motivate, and build long lasting momentum. Small group classes may include Movement Monday (Speed and Agility), TRX Tuesday, Whack ‘Em Wednesday (Boxing), Thursday Ab Attack (Core), and Fit Friday (High Intensity Interval).
