Because you’re never too old to start getting fit, Merritt offers a wide range of programs for members 55 and up. In the gym or in the pool, our programs focus on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.

This program will help lengthen and mobilize your body to ensure that you recover from your training
and continue to see results.
This class is designed for the older adult or the student who needs a bit of extra attention due to an injury or inflexibility. Postures will gently help to increase flexibility and build strength. Enjoy some rest and relaxation as part of every session.

An invigorating workout for older adults which includes exercises for muscular strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and non-impact aerobic conditioning.
