STEAM ROOM
Although saunas and steam rooms are similar, they do contain a few differences. The main difference being that saunas provide a dry heat, 160-190 degrees, and steam rooms provide a moist heat, 110-114 degrees.
It is recommended to hydrate thoroughly before using a sauna or steam room, and spend no more than 20 minutes in either.
