Teaching Style
My goal is to teach a class that I would be excited to attend as a participant! I like to create an environment where everyone can work at their own level, whether new to fitness or an advanced participant, I want to lead students to achieving their goals and producing consistent results. Clear cuing, plenty of options, and reminders that this is your workout, I'm just here to guide and motivate you!

I love to dance, listen to live music, hang out with my family and go on hikes with my German Shepherd. Keeping up with all the active people and dogs in my life is a big motivator for me!
