"I love to Crochet, sing , dance, and bowl. I sing with a group called Andre Harris and Restoration. One of my favorite things to do is sitting down by that water in canton. It’s calming and relaxing. My weight loss journey has been my motivation to help others. As an instructor it’s my job to push and motivate in my class I’m there encouraging those in my class letting them know that they can do it and not to give up. I always say I was a student before I became an instructor so I understand but we keep going and don’t quit. Seeing people come back class after class lets me know I’m doing something right. "
