My teaching style is intense. I want you to be able to exert the most energy you have inside of you when you’re working out with me. I believe exercising in groups is about competitive encouragement. Challenging each other with encouraging words.

My favorite hobby is playing pick up basketball. I also play a lot of Dominoes and spades on my free time. I like cooking on the grill too.
