StrongHER Eldersburg
Strong-Her Eldersburg is a 6-week small group training program designed exclusively for women, combining strength training, personalized nutrition, and exceptional support. This program is crafted to help women overcome the intimidation of the gym and create lasting fitness habits that go beyond just physical transformation. It’s about feeling empowered, confident, and in control of your journey, with expert coaching and a supportive community every step of the way.
Strength Training: Twice per week, 45-minute small group strength training sessions led by Stefanie Jacobs, CPT. Each training session will be structured as a full-body circuit-based strength workout, with the goal of building muscle and decreasing body fat. Participants are expected to attend a total of 12 trainings during the 6-week program and are able to choose which weekly trainings to attend, based on their personal schedule and availability.
Group Size: Group size is limited per session to ensure personalized attention and accountability.
Nutrition Counseling: Individual weekly 15-minute nutrition check-ins to track progress.
