StrongHER Eldersburg

Strong-Her Eldersburg is a 6-week small group training program designed exclusively for women, combining strength training, personalized nutrition, and exceptional support. This program is crafted to help women overcome the intimidation of the gym and create lasting fitness habits that go beyond just physical transformation. It’s about feeling empowered, confident, and in control of your journey, with expert coaching and a supportive community every step of the way.

Registration is now OPEN for sessions 4-6 to pre-register.

Session 4: July 14th – August 23rd
Session 5: September 8th – October 18th
Session 6: November 3rd – December 13th

  • Strength Training: Twice per week, 45-minute small group strength training sessions led by Stefanie Jacobs, CPT. Each training session will be structured as a full-body circuit-based strength workout and participants are permitted to choose any 2 training sessions to attend per week
  • Nutrition Counseling: Individual weekly 15-minute nutrition check-ins to track progress
  • Group Size: Group size is limited per session to ensure personalized attention and accountability.
