SOULBODY BARRE

This mindfully intense class pulls from the principles of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance, and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training. We strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its full potential.

INTENSITY:

Low to Moderate

SOULBODY BARRE UNHITCHED

This mindfully intense class combines dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements that work deep into the muscle, then transitions to deep stretches to balance the body. Using opposition in the body as well as isometric work with the Body Bar creates a more defined body with better balance and posture.

INTENSITY:

Low to Moderate

BARRE FUSION

Increase overall strength, endurance, coordination, range of motion and flexibility through mindful movement. Barre Fusion is a low-impact total body work out that combines Pilates Movement Principles, Yoga and Dance. There is a strong focus on alignment and form as high-rep/small range of motion and isometric exercises tone and strengthen muscles. In addition to strength in stillness, larger dynamic movements are incorporated for cardio intervals. Props (optional) may include: hand weights, weighted bars, balls, bands, gliders, and magic circles. Barre Fusion is a fun way to get fit and focused!
