A fusion of plyometric, bodyweight, calisthenic, and resistance based exercises designed to do one thing, BURN CALORIES! Bootcamp emphasizes proper form and progression in all exercises, while sculpting and toning your body through interval training. If you want results, this Bootcamp is for YOU! In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held in the Unleash studio.
