In addition to the features and amenities that make every Merritt Club a special place, our Cranbrook club also offers boxing, strength training, a TRX studio, and a Kids Club.
Merritt Ringside is a fitness-based boxing workout that uses heavy bags, boxing training techniques, and bootcamp style cardio drills. This class will make you sweat and leave you feeling like a champ.
Build muscle, improve your agility, and increase your stamina. Our instructors guide you safely through each workout, while the perfect soundtrack sets the mood.
Unlike other training systems, TRX Suspension Training uses your own body’s weight to create resistance. Emphasizing core strength and overall conditioning, TRX is a unique way to get a full-body workout with just one piece of equipment.

April features a Spring Theme. Your children get to enjoy a party-like atmosphere with pizza, juice, snacks, crafts, and games, while you get to enjoy a night out. Members $25 for first child $10 siblings. Non-members $30 first child $15 siblings. We are limiting the number of children and March’s Date Night filled extremely quickly, so please make sure you reserve your spot.

Lunch time Cycle with Jen Walter
Wednesdays at 12:00 for 30 minutes
A vigorous cardio class without comparison. Start pedaling and let go as Jen takes you for the ride of your life. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. This class challenges your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through the use of interval training. All levels.
