In addition to the features and amenities that make every Merritt Club a special place, our Cranbrook club also offers boxing, strength training, a TRX studio, Recover Room, and a Kids Club.
Merritt Ringside is a fitness-based boxing workout that uses heavy bags, boxing training techniques, and bootcamp style cardio drills. This class will make you sweat and leave you feeling like a champ.
Virtual Group Fitness offers classes at any time of the day. In addition to live classes, members can take part in virtual pre-scheduled workouts and virtual workouts on demand.
This center utilizes some of the most advanced relaxation and recovery methods available today. Equipment in this room includes HydroMassage, Power Plates, Recovery Boots, and the Hyperice Vyper. *This feature is available at an additional cost. See the Welcome Desk for details.
