My teaching combines physically intense styles such as power yoga with the mindfulness that comes from trauma informed yoga, yin yoga, and meditation. My goal is to help guide my students out of their heads and into their bodies so they may live more intentional lives.
I like to blur the line between being grounded and light on our feet. We also learn the reasons why we’re doing what we do.
