Squash is an indoor racquet sport, played by two or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Squash can be a fast-moving sport that provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. We have two squash courts at our Canton location.

Basketball is a fantastic sport for cardio and strength building. Engaging in intense sports activities like basketball can help you reduce your risk of getting heart disease while increasing your upper and lower body strength and building muscles. Basketball is a team sport so you are sure to meet new people and make friends.

Pickleball is a great sport for all ages and skill levels. Pickleball gives you a great aerobic workout with much less stress on your joints. It helps improve your lung function and overall cardiovascular health, while helping to stabilize your blood sugars and lowering your blood pressure. Pickleball is a social sport so it’s a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Pickleball can be played indoors or outdoors. We have outdoor pickleball courts at our Canton location and indoor courts located at Canton and Eldersburg.
