Teaching Style
I’m a pretty attentive and hands on instructor. I like to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable in their own bodies while in different yoga poses. I like to crack jokes at times, while also offering some simple wisdom. I also try to cater my classes to what the yogi’s are in need of.
