TEACHING STYLE:

My approach to fitness is to leave it all on the table so there’s nothing left to wish you gave. You can do anything for 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, an hour – just depends how how bad you want it.

I love to teach to the beat of the music while envisioning the road ahead. I believe there’s a lot of power behind rhythms themselves and want to help cycle lovers like myself ride those sound waves through whatever roads life throws their way.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CHRISTEN

I’m a lover of sunshine, love, sweets and sparkling rosé.
I have two cats I’ve adopted from BARCS (adopt don’t shop!) named Dwight & Jim – my husband (Alex) and I are HUGE Office fans.
I enjoy baking elaborate cakes and filling the bellies of my friends with all the sugar. When I’m not cycling you can find me running, doing a HIIT workout, trying out the latest and greatest workout class craze, or just walking with Alex.
I’m motivated by self-love and the energy of all those around me 🙂
