Training Philosophy:
My training philosophy is that we start where we are. While we might have been in better states of health prior to this moment of wanting change we need to take a step back and understand we have to build with a ground up approach. We don't start at where we were at our past peaks. This doesn't mean we can get back to those desired points but that the path to get there might be different and incorporate more steps. Thats okay, my goal is to help you find that new path and back to a better state of health providing some knowledge for shortcuts along the way.
