Teaching Style
My spin classes are high-energy, dynamic, and designed to keep participants fully engaged from start to finish. I bring a motivating presence to every session, focusing on encouragement and building both mental and physical strength. My music selection is intentionally varied—ranging across genres and tempos—to keep the ride exciting, fresh, and challenging. Each class is structured to build power progressively, helping riders push past their limits in a supportive environment. I focus on creating a space where every rider feels capable, energized, and motivated to give their personal best, whether they’re new to spin or seasoned athletes. My goal is to inspire confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for the ride.

Donna McNutt
In my free time, I love being outdoors and staying active. Mountain biking, gravel riding, and road riding are some of my favorite ways to explore and challenge myself. Whether I’m tackling rugged trails, cruising along scenic gravel paths, or pushing my limits on the road, cycling always gives me a sense of freedom and excitement. When I’m not on my bike, I enjoy getting lost in a good book. Reading is my way to relax, learn, and escape into different worlds. I also truly value spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether it’s a casual get-together, an adventure, or just good conversation, those connections mean a lot to me and bring balance to my life.
