I fell in love with Body Attack in January 2007 and haven’t looked back since. I love teaching high intensity classes and helping members see their potential beyond their expectations. In my personal time I practice a good amount of yoga and like to go hiking with my family and friends.

LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

60 MINUTES

This sports-inspired, high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals—from weekend athletes to hard-core competitors.

LES MILLS SPRINT™

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.

RESULTS:

  • Build lean muscle & train your body to burn fat
  • Faster cardio results than with steady state training

45-60 MINUTES
