A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JAX

I was a gymnast and track athlete as a kid, and I’ve always wanted to be a cheerleader. Besides Body Attack, I regularly do RPM, cycle and yoga. I studied French for more than 16 years and I’m obsessed with everything French; my house looks like Paris threw up in it. I’m a wife to my husband Darren, and mom to three small kids: Colton 5, Heath 3, and Gisele 7 months. Our favorite things to do as a family are to go out on long walks, go swimming at the pool and beach, go bowling, and have ice cream parties!

This sports-inspired, high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals—from weekend athletes to hard-core competitors.
