To me, training is a balance between grace and discipline—pushing yourself with intention while also honoring your body, your journey, and your pace. Some days will be full of energy and confidence. Others may require a little more compassion. Both are part of growth. There’s no “perfect time” to start—any time is the right time to care for your body, your mind, and your future.
