I am committed to excellence and helping others to reach their fitness goals, while simultaneously creating a safe and effective exercise environment. The only bad workout is the one you don’t do, and movement is the best medicine!

I love exercise and fitness, but when I am not in the gym you can find me being active outdoors or around the house. I enjoy being in the sun at the beach, running and doing yoga, spending time with friends and family, home projects, reading, and movies. I also enjoy exploring and traveling.

OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP

A fusion of plyometric, bodyweight, calisthenic, and resistance based exercises designed to do one thing, BURN CALORIES! Bootcamp emphasizes proper form and progression in all exercises, while sculpting and toning your body through interval training. If you want results, this Bootcamp is for YOU! In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held in the Unleash studio.

STEP

Freestyle Step challenges your mind and body to take your fitness to a new level in this creative advanced step class. The choreography is exciting and the interest is high to help you improve coordination, body awareness, and cardiovascular conditioning.

HIIT UNLEASHED

High Intensity Interval Training – including cardio and strength exercises to burn maximum calories.

CORE CHALLENGE

This class will use stability balls to empower your trunk, abdominals, and back muscles for a lean and strong center while improving posture, balance and flexibility. Leave class feeling taller and stronger! NOTE: bring your own mat/towel for floor work.

CORE ESSENTIALS

15 MINUTES

Incorporating a combination of sports drills, this total body challenge focuses on glute and ab strengthening exercises and balance training, and concludes with stretching. Continuous movement keeps your heart-rate up, with options to accommodate most fitness levels.

CYCLE

A vigorous cardio class without comparison. Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you for the ride of your life. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist, or serious racer.

CYCLE FLEX

Join us for a cycle ride that mimics the outdoor road and go 4 rounds of head-to-toe, “old school” boot camp. After every few tracks of cycling, we hit the deck for 3 to 4 floor exercises and then resume riding.

GENTLE YOGA

YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

Breathe and relax. An introduction to Yoga that is an accessibly paced, breath centered practice focusing on alignment and body awareness. Modifications are given as traditional Yoga poses are sequenced to increase flexibility and strength. All levels of Yogis looking for a meditative and renewing practice will benefit from this safe and accessible class.
