My style incorporates the deep roots of yoga while encouraging students to get in touch with themselves. Yoga becomes more than the physical postures, it is an exploration of the senses and emotions that make each of us unique. Leave your expectations at the door and hopefully you’ll walk out of class with a smile on your face and a feeling of lightness and joy in your body and soul.
