Teaching Style
As a dedicated yoga instructor, my teaching style focuses on creating a nurturing and calming space for every student. In my classes, you’ll experience gentle stretches, accessible postures, and mindful breathing exercises. Whether you are a beginner, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking a slower, more restorative pace, my sessions are designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Common areas of focus include relieving tightness in the shoulders, neck, back, hips, and legs.
A Little About
Syeda Khan
I am currently the full-time Aftercare Director at Merritt Clubs, where I support youth development and wellness. In addition to that role, I teach yoga at Carroll Community College, lead sessions at local churches, and offer private classes. I feel truly blessed to share the gift of yoga with others and help bring balance and calm to their lives. I am blessed with two teenagers at home, a boy and a girl. My daughter is in McDaniel college and son will start University of Maryland in the fall. I love travelling, meditation, music, movies and painting
