Teaching Style
I take teaching seriously, but not myself. Silly things amuse me and I try to share that where I can. I want people to feel empowered, happy, included and that they CAN. I also want them to love how good technique feels, and how much more important it is than keeping up. I want people to seek their unique edge - without comparison to others.

I care about equity, social and animal justice, and how they intersect. I love science, gadgets and learning. Outside of the gym I like being with my friends, husband and dog.
