Stretching in the Morning, will offer you brighter and more fulfilling day. Do you wake up with tight muscles. Morning stretching of tight muscles, offers you more limber movement and a better outlook on the day. Holding each stretch for 60 seconds will help blood flow and break up tight muscles.
There have been many cases that report it helps prevents back pain and improve posture. Continually loose muscles will help promote circulation and increase energy.
