Junior Fitness Certification
Do you have a child between the ages of 12-15 years old who wants to work out in the club? Sessions consisting of both classroom and hands-on training will get your child ready to be on the fitness floor and cardio equipment. Safety, nutrition, proper equipment use, and gym etiquette are just some of the topics covered in this comprehensive course. Once this course is completed, participations will be certified to use all of the equipment in the gym (excluding free weights) and will be allowed at the gym without a parent. $99.
H.I.I.T. It Hard

High Intensity Interval Training is specialized to take your fitness to the next level. This level of training consists of strength movements, plyometrics and intense cardio blasts with short intervals of rest. You will be introduced to challenging, varied exercises each session in forms of sport-like competition for individual achievement. This training program is designed to improve cardiovascular, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, balance and speed. GET READY TO H.I.I.T THE GROUND RUNNING.

Second and Fourth Saturday of Every Month
Enjoy a night out! Bring your children to the club while you spend the night on the town. Your children will enjoy creating a craft to take home, taking part in fun activities and watching a G-Rated movie. We will have food and drinks for the kids to enjoy. Ages 1+. Members: $20, $8 each sibling. Non-members: $25, $10 each sibling.
Mondays at 5:00pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
