2. Avoid snacking – usually when we snack we grab junk and 9 times out of 10 what we really are is thirsty – so drink up first

5. Eat breakfast like a king, Lunch like queen and dinner like a pauper. – basically eat your most calories early in day
6. Stick to your internal cues – stop eating when not hungry – don’t over eat or feel you have to eat all food on plates. Remember today portions are twice as large as 20 years ago
7. Eat less sugar – simple not easy.
8. Eat with family and friends – good times decrease stress and change all hormones allowing body to operate properly
