Set yourself up for a month of quick stepping by making a daily step commitment. Walking burns calories and can help combat the risks that come with a sedentary lifestyle. Walking can help you in so many ways, from you mental health to your physical. Can you make it to 10,000 steps per day?


  • Try to stand up and walk a small amount once every hour for 12 hours per day
  • Get an activity tracker so you can set personalized goals for yourself or join public challenges
  • Take your dog for a longer walk than normal
  • Walk during your lunch break
  • Take Bootcamp or Zumba to amp up your energy levels
  • Plan outside activities for your weekends like hiking or walking to places in your neighborhood you’ve never been

My Blog: Challenge Accepted: Slay All Day – I’m walking 10k per day! It’s a difficult habit to get into but once you are there, it feels easy. I’ve done it before, and now I have to work back to it. Sitting all day at work can’t be good for me so meeting this daily goal needs to become a priority! Walk with me won’t you?
