Many individuals are still not sure about group fitness classes or their environment. At first I would agree but after participating in many different classes I began to grow a fond liking to quite a few. Each class has tremendous benefits. They actually help increase self-confidence and self-esteem, while reducing stress, strengthening the heart and improving your overall health. All this happens while toning and firming your muscles and getting in shape!

The bottom line is that we each need to take the time for ourselves. With only 168 hours in a week, many of us fill those hours working full-time, caring for children and engaging in many other activities that require our attention. Then, at the end of the day there is no time left for you.

So the challenge is to make that time! Take an hour for yourself! Try just ONE group fitness class! Give it a try, you deserve it! Taking the well deserved time that is way overdue for YOU has so many benefits not only for you but for those around you as well!
