Take this opportunity before the crazy holidays to recognize all you have accomplished and to be proud of yourself! The holidays are all about giving, but for once, get yourself something too. You deserve a reward for all the goals you have reached and we want to praise you for being so awesome! Come bask in your own glory at our Member Appreciation Week this December 3-7. We hope you have enjoyed our 12 Months to a Healthier, Happier You program and keep the mantra going: “This year I will be stronger, braver, kinder and unstoppable!”

  2. Take time off to have some fun and relax
  3. Give yourself a spa package because you could use a little TLC
  4. Try Tribe Team Training or something you’ve never prioritized enough to do for yourself before
  5. Get yourself a smoothie at our Welcome Desk every time you are craving it
  6. Try a new restaurant for the occasion of simply celebrating yourself
  7. Treat yourself to oodles of holiday food because YOLOOO
  8. Party with us!

My Blog: Challenge Accepted: Treat Yo Self – Man, I don’t know if you guys know this, but I’m kind of awesome. And I have to buy a lot of holiday gifts this year as my family has grown, but who cares! I have had an awesome year and buying all these gifts makes me want to buy stuff for me. SO I’M GOING TO! Let me show you all how to properly treat yo’ self this season as I buy myself a new work out outfit, try a new restaurant that I’ve been dying to try but never wanted to spend the money on, buy all the smoothies and lattes I want and cheat with tons of holiday food that will make me feel disgusting. You should do it too because you’re reading this, which means you’re pretty awesome too and you deserve it.

This time of year is also when my seasonal depression starts to kick in because it’s so PAINFULLY cold outside! But I know that exercise really helps combat that (check out this article on how exercise can make you happier), so I am going to focus on taking that time for myself that I need every day. Those awesome holiday cookies are waiting for me so let’s go!
