CLUB FEATURES

We have implemented new protocols to make every Merritt Club a safe, comfortable place to get a worry-free workout. Our Downtown Club is an 18-year-old and over club, which offers a pool, squash and racquetball courts, a track, large cycle studio, Plates café and restaurant, and much more, all inside this historic building that use to be a train depot. All Les Mills, Zumba, and Merritt group fitness classes are held inside the club. Now you can see all of the changes and upgrades we have made to the club.

GROUP FITNESS

From beginners to seasoned athletes, Merritt fitness classes provide a variety of activities and intensity levels. Our expert instructors are attentive to every member’s individual needs, making even our most popular classes feel personal and friendly.

TRX STUDIO

Unlike other training systems, TRX Suspension Training uses your own body’s weight to create resistance. Emphasizing core strength and overall conditioning, TRX is a unique way to get a full-body workout with just one piece of equipment.
