TOD/WOD- Trainer on Duty Workout of the Day
Trainer on Duty workout of the day is coming to the DAC. It is a FREE total body toning small group workout with a trainer. It’s designed to get you fit fast with the guidance of our certified trainers. Meet the trainers; get a quick 30 minute toning workout and information to get you to your goals. Meet in the lobby before class. Class days/times: Monday 5:30pm Carolyn, Tuesday 7:00am Scott Parker, Tuesday 6:30pm Anthony, Wednesday 5:30pm Scotty C., Thursday 7am, Friday 9am Janice, and Saturday 11am Robert.

Racquetball Sports Performance Racquetball Clinics
Learn how to play or improve your game. You will learn about equipment, basic stroke mechanics, game strategy and play actual games. The clinic will be offered every second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm.
