Youth Gym operates same as Kids Club evening and weekend hours.

Pre and Post Natal Classes
Mommies-to-be and new moms and dads, check out our newest program options just for you. We are now offering Pre and Post Natal Small Group Training that includes strength and stretch, prenatal core, Stroller Fitness Level 1, Mommy and Baby Fitness, and Pre and Post Natal quarterly workshops. Join Coach Alycia Wepasnick and Certified Personal Trainer Alysa Harden as they help guide your fitness during pregnancy and after. Workshops will also include guest speaker Jill Arnold, PT, DPT and be followed by a 30 minute healthy snacks meet and greet with other moms in your community. Group Session times and prices vary.
March Madness Fitness Challenge
Tuesday, March 14 through April 3
It’s March Madness time of year again…are you up for a “You Must Be Mad Crazy” challenge? All you have to do is commit to 21 days straight of health and fitness, and you could win $150. Upon registration, you will receive your Mad Workout Packet which includes your daily challenges. Each challenge contains a point value. When you complete the challenge, you will track your points on the MAD tracker. The person with the most points at the end of the challenge wins! Registration $10. Registration closes March 13.

Are you ready for a new challenge? Have you always wanted to try a new sport but couldn’t find one you like? Now’s the time to test your skills and have fun! Come out on Saturdays at 3pm and try Indoor Ultimate Frisbee. Never played before? No problem…Coach and Ultimate World Cup Champion John Gallagher is excited to show you the ropes and help you learn. No prior skills needed. Ages 14 and up.

Date Night – Parents’ Night Out

Join the fun! We will be making a craft for the children to take home, enjoying pizza and drinks, and watching a G-Rated movie. Please send a swim suit and towel with your child(ren). Open to members and non-members.
